We developed BLKResumes, a dynamic web-based hiring and job search platform specifically designed to connect professionals with career opportunities across various industries, with a powerful focus on empowering and showcasing Black and Brown talent. Our goal was to create an inclusive digital space that streamlines the recruitment process for employers while providing robust tools for candidates to find, apply for, and grow in their careers. The platform fosters a community where everyone can search, apply, and thrive together. This comprehensive solution required extensive Web Development expertise.

This comprehensive platform offers a seamless experience for both recruiters and job seekers. Recruiters gain access to a simplified solution for job posting and advanced candidate matching capabilities, facilitating efficient talent acquisition. The technical execution of BLKResumes leveraged a robust stack to ensure performance and scalability. The project involved detailed UI/UX design using Figma, frontend development with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, and backend architecture built on WordPress and PHP. A secure SQL Database powers the platform, and critical features like secure user accounts, job listings, and recruiter dashboards were implemented. Furthermore, we integrated Stripe for subscription payment processing and implemented REST APIs and other payment gateway integrations to handle transactions securely. Comprehensive SEO was built into the platform to ensure high visibility for professionals seeking educational and recruitment opportunities.
